1. Nature of Services

Taxonincome.com offers digital and professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Paid tax / legal queries
  • Expert consultations
  • Digital reports, documents, and downloadable content
  • Subscription or one-time paid access to premium content

All services are intangible, non-physical, and delivered electronically.

2. No Automatic Refunds (Instamojo-Compliant)

As per Instamojo’s policy on digital services:

Payments once made are generally non-refundable.

Accordingly, no automatic refunds or cancellations are allowed after successful payment.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate Payment
    Same transaction paid more than once.
  2. Payment Successful but Service Not Delivered
    • Payment received, but
    • Service not initiated or access not provided
      within the committed timeline due to fault solely attributable to Taxonincome.com.
  3. Technical Failure
    Verified technical error on our platform or Instamojo gateway preventing service delivery.

👉 Refund approval is solely at the discretion of Taxonincome.com, as permitted under Instamojo guidelines.

4. Non-Refundable Situations (Mandatory Disclosure)

Refunds shall not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Dissatisfaction with advice, opinion, or interpretation
  • Delay or failure due to incorrect / incomplete user information
  • Services already delivered, initiated, or partially completed
  • Digital content once accessed or downloaded
  • Subscription cancellation after billing cycle has started
  • User’s failure to read service description, scope, or disclaimer

This clause is mandatory for Instamojo digital merchants and fully complied with.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only before service initiation.
  • Once the service has started, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Subscription cancellations apply only to future billing cycles.
  • No prorated refunds are provided.

6. Refund Processing (As Required by Instamojo)

If a refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment source via Instamojo
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days
  • Instamojo payment gateway charges are non-refundable, as per Instamojo policy

7. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be emailed to:

The request must include:

  • Registered email / phone number
  • Instamojo transaction ID
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund request

Requests without complete details will be rejected automatically.

8. Chargebacks & Misuse (Instamojo Protection Clause)

Users are strictly advised not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.

Taxonincome.com reserves the right to:

  • Contest unjustified chargebacks with Instamojo
  • Suspend or block users misusing refund or dispute mechanisms

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

By making a payment through Instamojo on Taxonincome.com, the user confirms acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
