2. Paid Queries & Fees

2.2 Payment of the fee:

  • Does not include follow-up consultations, representations, drafting, or litigation services

2.3 Fees are charged per query, not per issue, and are non-transferable.

3. No Refund Policy

3.1 All payments are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to situations where:

  • The user changes their mind
  • The user provides incomplete or incorrect information
  • The response does not meet the user’s expectations
  • The user fails to read these Terms

12. Payments, Chargebacks & Disputes

12.1 All payments made on TaxonIncome.com are for digital advisory services that are initiated immediately upon successful payment.

12.2 By completing a payment, the user expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The service is intangible and non-returnable
  • The service is deemed to have commenced immediately
  • The user waives any right to request a chargeback or payment reversal

12.3 The user agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request through:

  • Their bank
  • Their card issuer
  • UPI provider
  • Wallet provider
  • Instamojo or any other payment gateway

13. Evidence of Service Delivery

13.1 For the purposes of payment disputes or chargebacks, the following shall constitute conclusive proof of service delivery:

  • Submission of the query through the Website
  • Uploaded documents (if any)
  • Payment confirmation from the payment gateway
  • System logs showing form submission date and time
  • Email confirmations sent to the user

13.2 The user agrees that written advisory responses, whether delivered via email or dashboard, constitute full performance of the service.

14. No Chargeback Commitment (Critical)

14.1 The user explicitly agrees that chargebacks are not permitted for services provided through this Website.

14.2 Any attempt to raise a chargeback after receiving the service shall be treated as a breach of these Terms.

14.3 In such cases, TaxonIncome.com reserves the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback with the payment gateway
  • Submit these Terms as binding evidence
  • Recover costs, penalties, or fees imposed by the payment gateway or bank

15. User Declaration at Time of Payment

15.1 At the time of submission and payment, the user confirms that:

  • They have voluntarily submitted the query
  • They understand the nature of the service
  • They accept the no-refund and no-chargeback policy
  • They are making payment with full knowledge and consent

15.2 This confirmation is recorded electronically and may be produced as evidence in the event of a dispute.

16. Payment Gateway Compliance

16.1 TaxonIncome.com operates in compliance with the policies and requirements of its payment gateway partners, including Instamojo.

16.2 In the event of a dispute raised with the payment gateway, the user authorizes TaxonIncome.com to share:

  • Relevant transaction details
  • Submitted content
  • Communications
    with the payment gateway solely for dispute resolution.

17. Finality of Transactions

17.1 All transactions are final and binding.

17.2 No refunds, reversals, or chargebacks shall be entertained once payment is successfully processed.
